Who We Are

Jared is dedicated to the growth of InterMountain Renovations and is committed to identifying and overseeing renovation opportunities. He manages the InterMountain Renovations team which includes project managers, designers, procurement, contractors, accounting and support staff. It is his attention to detail that ensures timely delivery and an excellent finished product for InterMountain Renovations’ clients. Jared is uncompromising when it comes to brand compliance, and takes steps to make sure that projects stay on budget and on schedule. Prior to joining InterMountain Renovations, he helped lead the asset team where he managed capital expenditures for InterMountain Management’s portfolio of 80 hotels and facilitated all aspects of asset management from an above property perspective. He has a degree in Business from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and is a licensed contractor.

Colby joined InterMountain in 2012 as part of the renovation department, InterMountain Renovations, as a project coordinator and quickly moved to the role of Interior Design & Purchasing Manager.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Mass Communications, where she won four 1st Place Addy Awards.  Colby went on to further her education and earn a design degree from FIDM in Los Angeles, where she was selected to be part of the Premier Student Program. 

Will’s leadership role includes the day-to-day operations of the Renovation Project Managers, as well as final review of all proposals and renovation budgets. Will graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2018 with a Degree in Construction Management. He interned with InterMountain in 2016 while attending school. After graduation, Will worked in Texas for a General Contractor where he gained project experience in distribution facilities, drainage improvements/infrastructure, building demolition and hospitality. Will started with InterMountain in August of 2022 as a Project Manager for new construction, managing budgets and coordinating the construction process. He has also been involved as a Project Manager in ongoing renovations. 

Deborah previously worked 11 years in the accounting department of InterMountain Management before transitioning to InterMountain Renovations where she maintains budgets, prepares financial statements and manages cash flow for the individual projects as well as the company. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Matthew started his hospitality career as an eCommerce intern back in March of 2019. Since then, he graduated from Louisiana Tech University with his MBA, and came on full time in August of 2020. Matthew was previously working as a Digital Services and Marketing Manager, and now he is working as a Sales and Marketing representative for InterMountain Renovations. Matthew is based at the Home Office in Monroe, LA.

Doug actually started his career with InterMountain in the early 80’s as a General Manager, eventually assuming the position Director of Accounting. After spending 20 years in the construction industry, Doug has re-joined the InterMountain Renovations team and looks forward to the opportunity to grow with this dynamic company. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in finance and is a licensed contractor.

Abi joined the InterMountain Renovations team in 2024 as a Project Manager in the construction division. She found her love of project management while studying Construction Management at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. From there, Abi has grown her knowledge and experience of construction and project management in our area’s top construction companies. She will use her vast construction experience to manage the day-to-day operations of InterMountain’s many renovation projects, by managing contractors, maintaining budgets, and traveling to jobsites to oversee the construction progress. Abi is based at Home Office in Monroe, LA.  

Robert graduated with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He was previously in commercial construction for one of the largest national contractors. While he was there his projects consisted of high-rise construction and port terminal renovations/expansions. As part of the InterMountain Renovations team, Robert’s primary responsibilities include overseeing construction renovations, coordinating with owners and contractors, managing schedules, and budgets.

Cole is currently a Procurement Intern with InterMountain Renovations while finishing his Bachelor’s degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe in Construction Management, where he also holds the title of President for the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He has past work experience with a successful local construction company which brought him a great understanding of the FF&E procurement process for hotel renovations. Cole has a goal to obtain a career in construction project management once he graduates.

Jill assists with inter-departmental coordination with InterMountain Renovations.  She is a former Assistant General Manager and General Manager of InterMountain managed properties. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Hannah joined InterMountain in 2023 as Interior Design Manager after spending 6 years working as a Lead Interior Designer in an architectural firm where she lead her team to win ASID 2023 National Interior Design Firm of the Year. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in Interior Design and is currently pursuing her master’s in interior design from Ball State. Hannah is also an Allied member of ASID. She brings a meticulous eye for detail while crafting inviting and unforgettable spaces. Hannah believes that it’s the small details that makes for exceptional design. She will collaborate closely with her team of dedicated designers to ensure that the essence of each brand and the unique story of each location shines through in every single project. With a client-centered approach, Hannah strives to create experiences through her design that leave a lasting impression on all.  Allied ASID

After obtaining a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Louisiana Tech University in 2017, Callie joined the renovations team as a designer in 2018 where she worked on both new construction and renovations. Working with major brands like Hilton and Marriott, Callie put together concepts, interior drawing packages, and specification packages for properties all over the country. Callie became a NCIDQ license holder in 2021 and uses her 5+ years of hospitality industry experience to oversee the project design and details along with her team of designers for each InterMountain Renovation client. Callie is also a member of ASID and is the communications chair for the North Louisiana ASID Chapter where she continues to gain knowledge and further the profession of Interior Design.  NCIDQ, ASID LA Reg. After interning with InterMountain Renovations during his final year at Louisiana Tech University, Phillip earned his bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and joined IMR as part of the design team.

Leah graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and a minor in Architecture. After interning with IMR for a year during her college career, she came back to join the design team full time and is looking forward to working towards her NCIDQ certification. Leah works on design for new construction hotels and hotels undergoing renovations.

Amber graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design in May 2023 and also acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Louisiana at Monroe. While studying at Louisiana Tech she, along with her class, worked with the Cajun Navy to design a pathfinder vehicle and streamline their distribution process during natural disasters. She was also a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). Prior to pursuing her degree, she worked at a local showroom as a lighting consultant. She designs new construction hotels and hotels undergoing renovations. While at InterMountain Renovations, Amber plans to further her interior design career by pursuing her NCIDQ licensure to become a certified interior designer.

After a year of internship at InterMountain Renovations and graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and a minor in Graphic Design, Katie has joined the design team full-time. While gaining experience on various projects with IMR, Katie plans to further her career in design and will pursue her NCIDQ license to become a certified interior designer. 

Hannah Graduated in 2023 from Louisiana Tech University with a BFA in Interior Design and a minor in architecture and art history. While at Louisiana Tech, she was ASID co-president during her senior year and organized a fundraising gala. After graduation, she became a Visual Presentation Manager for Ashley Furniture in Dallas, TX. She joined InterMountain Renovations in March 2024 where she is working on new build hotel designs as well as renovation designs. She plans to pursue a Master’s Degree and her NICDQ license.

Taylor graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree. She has two years of previous design experience in residential and retail design. Taylor strives to further her design career now in hospitality at InterMountain Renovations in the Design department working on new and renovated hotels. She plans to work towards getting her NCIDQ license.

Gillian is a senior at Louisiana Tech University pursuing a bachelor’s in interior design with a minor in architecture. After she graduates in May 2024, she will pursue my NCIDQ certification. During her internship, she works on the design team where she is assisting in all parts of the department from concept ideation to 3D modeling and everything in between. Gillian started working for InterMountain during the summer of 2023 as an intern and will join InterMountain Renovations full time after graduation. Her career in hospitality is just beginning. She looks forward to everything she will learning more during her internship.

Calissa graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology. In May 2023, she joined InterMountain Renovations as an Interior Design Intern. With no prior experience, Calissa has been able to grow in both construction management and the design field. So far, she has helped the team with various tasks on both renovation and new build projects. Moving forward, Calissa will work towards a clearer path for communication between both design and construction within InterMountain Renovations.

Maddie has a bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing). She worked for Fastenal for 3 years in construction sales and large account management. Maddie most recently worked for Vantage for the last 7 years in a Clinical Business Analyst role assessing clinical workflows and managing clinical IT projects. She joined the InterMountain Renovations team in November of 2020.

Robyn recently joined InterMountain Renovations as a part of the Procurement team assisting with the coordination of FF&E for renovation and new build projects.  Coming from a strong Real Estate background, she has worked more than 4 years in Property Management as a Regional Manager. Robyn is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is also a licensed Louisiana Real Estate Agent. She is very excited about her new journey with IMR.

Austin is a graduate of Louisiana Delta Community College, where he studied Business and Technology. Before joining InterMountain, he spent time working as an Accountant; here he learned the importance of focusing on attention to detail. Austin assists with the coordination of FF&E budgets and purchasing for new build and renovation projects. He is proud to be a part of the InterMountain team.

Analise graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) with a bachelor’s degree in general studies. While going to school full time, she worked in sales at a local retail shop and interior design firm where she developed a passion for interior design and soon changed positions working full time in design, and side by side with a licensed interior designer for 4 years. Her passion led her to enroll at the Academy of Art University to earn her master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design. Analise joined the Procurement team in January 2024. She is excited to join the InterMountain family.

Brooks graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management. He then went on to pursue his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Engineering where he earned his Six-Sigma Black Belt. Soon after graduation, Brooks joined the InterMountain Renovations team to work in the Procurement department.

Morgan's diverse background, transitioning from teaching middle school math for five years to joining the Procurement team at InterMountain Renovations, showcases her adaptability and strong analytical skills. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, focusing on marketing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, she brings valuable insight into purchasing FF&E for renovations and new builds. Her keen attention to detail enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations.

Abi moved to Monroe in 2024 after attending Louisiana State University. She has experience in economics, finance, hospitality, and communications. Abi worked at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles Hotel & Casino; this helped her gain experience in the hospitality industry to better understand the day-to-day needs of a hotel. She recently joined the InterMountain Renovations Team as a Procurement Coordinator and looks forward to growing her knowledge in purchasing and establishing relationships with reliable vendors nationwide.

Macie graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Sports Administration with a minor in Business Administration. Before joining InterMountain Renovations, Macie previously worked in supply chain and logistics for 4 years and found out she enjoyed being in procurement. Macie will assist with purchasing and FF&E budgets for renovations and new build hotels.

Katelyn graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe, where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the IMR team, she managed the purchasing of inventory and payroll for a very successful local retail store. She joined the InterMountain Renovations team in August 2022 where she provides coordination of FF&E budgets, purchasing and product deliveries to many new build and hotel renovation projects.

Karina moved to Monroe, Louisiana from Monterrey, Mexico in March 2021. Prior to moving, she received a degree in Administration from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, MX. in 2015. Karina has worked in financial accounting roles, focusing on customer service for the last 7 years. She now works in InterMountain Renovations Accounts Payable department.
